Our Services

Partner Model

Every individual deserves support from people who understand their unique needs, preferences, goals, culture, and communication style. At Adaley, we believe families should have a meaningful voice in choosing who provides care and support to their loved one.

Through our Partner Model, families play an active role in selecting the support professionals who will work with their loved one, while Adaley provides the training, oversight, compliance, and administrative support necessary to ensure high-quality Regional Center services throughout California.

Family Choice with Professional Support

We assist families with recruiting, screening, onboarding, and training qualified staff. We can also onboard caregivers identified by the family, allowing individuals to receive support from people they already know and trust whenever appropriate.

As the employer of record, Adaley manages:

  • Employee hiring and onboarding

  • Payroll administration

  • Employment compliance

  • Workers' compensation coverage

  • Ongoing staff training and supervision

  • Quality assurance and service oversight

This approach allows families to focus on what matters most while maintaining confidence that services are delivered professionally and in accordance with Regional Center requirements.

Serving Families Throughout California

Many families are unaware that they may be able to access services through Adaley even if we are not currently vendored with their local Regional Center.

Through the courtesy vendorization process, Regional Centers can often authorize services from qualified providers outside of their existing vendor network when appropriate. This means families throughout California may be able to work with Adaley regardless of which Regional Center serves them.

Whether your loved one is served by a Regional Center in Northern California, Southern California, the Central Valley, or the Bay Area, our team can help you understand the options that may be available.

Guidance Beyond Services

Navigating the California Regional Center system can be overwhelming. Families often have questions about available services, Individual Program Plans (IPPs), respite, personal assistance, independent living supports, social recreation, transportation, supported living, and other resources.

Even if you are not currently receiving services through Adaley, we are committed to helping families better understand the system and identify potential resources for their loved ones.

We regularly assist families by:

  • Explaining Regional Center service options

  • Answering questions about the IPP process

  • Discussing respite and personal assistance services

  • Helping families understand available funding options

  • Providing information about community resources

  • Exploring service models that may best fit an individual's needs

Our goal is to be a trusted resource for families seeking information, guidance, and support.

Personalized Support for Every Stage of Life

By combining family choice with professional oversight, Adaley creates personalized support solutions that help children and adults with developmental disabilities thrive at home, in their communities, at work, and throughout their daily lives.
