How It Works

A streamlined, three-step process designed for quick authorizations and seamless care delivery.

1 RC Authorizes Services

The Service Coordinator submits the referral and authorization (SC 862 or SC 062) with assigned hours.

2 Family Selects Caregiver

The family identifies a caregiver they trust, ensuring alignment with their language, culture, and scheduling preferences.

3 Adaley Employs Caregiver

We handle the background checks, payroll, workers' comp, compliance, and training so the family can focus on care.

Exclusive Service Model

Each direct service provider works exclusively for one family.
