The Service Coordinator submits the referral and authorization (SC 862 or SC 062) with assigned hours.
The family identifies a caregiver they trust, ensuring alignment with their language, culture, and scheduling preferences.
We handle the background checks, payroll, workers' comp, compliance, and training so the family can focus on care.
Each direct service provider works exclusively for one family.
